The temperature was increased from 110°C to 160°C in 5 hours, maintained at 160°C under vacuum of 20mmHg for 2 hours, and then cooled to not more than 50°C; 550ml (5. 183mol) toluene and 550ml (4. 317mol) cyclohexane, washed with 10% ml of aqueous sodium hydroxide solution, 2 times with ml of 5% aqueous sodium hydroxide solution, and then 2 times with deionized water at 60°C, and then distilled off the solvent, the target product was 867G, yield 95. 19%, colorless transparent liquid, acid value 0.03mgKOH/g. |
